Where does LOST Apparel ship?

We currently ship to all states in the US - including APO/FPO/DPO. Canada. Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

We follow USPS shipping rates - First class package and priority mail vary on where you live. 

When will my order ship?

Our current turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Orders are usually processed, packed, and shipped 2-5 business days after payment is recieved. You will receive an email with your tracking info.Please allow at least 24 hrs for shipping info to be updated. Need your package sooner? PLEASE EMAIL US - We do try our best to make it in time for a special day or if it is a gift. You can always leave a "note" after purchase as well.

All sales are FINAL. Please verify the correct item size has been selected before completing the checkout process. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.

How can I update, change, or cancel my order?

If you need a size or color change,PLEASE EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER PLACING ORDER, after 24 hrs we cannot guaranteea change in your order. We understand things happen and you may need to cancel your order just email us your order number and we'll gladly help cancel it for you. 

How can I check the status of my order?

You should receive a confirmation email after your purchase, after you receive your email please allow 3-10 days for tracking info to be updated. If you have any other questions about your order please email us.
